This work will seek to discuss the possible articulation between three fields of studies and practices: Psychoanalysis, Anti-asylum Psychiatric Reform and Therapeutic Accompaniment, based on the assumption that the TA, as a mental health device, it was constituted from a historical context that is linked to the psychiatric reform movement, as well as with the displacement of psychoanalysis in relation to a more critical and political position in its practice. In this sense, a bibliographical research and literature survey of the type was chosen as a methodology, with a view to briefly discussing each of these fields of studies and outlining the knotting point between them. It also, addresses the replacement of the concept of health for the implications of the expanded clinic, with TA being a device in the management of psychotics based on the contributions of psychoanalysis.
