ABSTRACT
Objective: map strategic management instruments that meet the main needs of emergency services in Brazil. Method: This is an integrative literature review, using six recommended stages and the Rayyan program to organize the dice bank. Results: a search carried out in five databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, Web of Science, Cochrane Library and SciELO, generated a quantitative of 306 studies, two quais, after attending to the established criteria, selected formats 11. Established to amostragem final, foi carried out a critical assessment of the studies included, according to the level of evidence. Conclusion: the management tools are presented as support to the health manager to resolve two main challenges faced by Brazilian emergency services. The implementation and use of these instruments concretizes the transition from an empirical administration model to a strategic and decisive management practice.
