Objetive: Carry out a comparative analysis of the indicators of the Primary Care Information System from 2018 to 2022 and Previne Brazil from 2019 to 2023, for the prenatal component in Brazil, Acre, and Rio Branco. Methods: Quantitative descriptive analysis of obstetric indicator data. Results: As for the result, weaknesses were observed in primary care prenatal care: 64% of pregnant women in Acre and 59% in Rio Branco were not assisted by a health professional in the first trimester of pregnancy; 68% of pregnant women in Acre and 90% in Rio Branco did not have access to dental appointments during pregnancy. Conclusion: Expanding the line of maternal and child care in primary care nursing consultations, for disease prevention and health promotion, through obstetric risk stratification, contributes to improving indicators and, consequently, reducing maternal mortality.
