TRAINING ACTIONS ON POSITIVE PARENTING FOR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE NURSES: INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Abstract - Objective: To characterize training actions for primary health care nurses to teach positive parenting. Method: This is an integrative review based on the guiding question “what are the training actions for primary health care nurses to teach positive parenting?”, in line with the PICo strategy: participant (P) “nurses in training actions”, phenomenon of interest (I) “teaching parenting”, and context (Co) “PHC”. Results: 139 articles were selected, four of which met the criteria for analysis. The training actions found were courses, training, lectures and seminars, guided by the Healthy Active Life and Parenting Curricula and anchored in social learning theories. Conclusion: The findings show promise for the development of integrated teaching curricula for Health Promotion and Positive Parenting, based on a problematizing and emancipatory pedagogical conception, for the training of primary health care nurses.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR PARENTS OF PREMATURE BABIES END THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH MOTOR DEVELOPMENT: INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Objective: To identify in the scientific literature the early motor intervention educational programs used by parents of preterm infants hospitalized in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and their contribution to motor development. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, in the databases PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Lilacs, CINAHL, Livivo, PEDro, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global, CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog, Google Scholar. Results: 3,514 references were identified, after removing duplicates and reading the titles and abstracts, 43 documents were selected for full reading; nine meeting the eligibility criteria. It was evident that the Norwegian Physiotherapy Study in Preterm Infants was the most used program and obtained different results in relation to motor development. Conclusion: More studies are needed to assess the impact of brain development, environment, pain, stress, nutrition, sleep on preterm infants' development and how these factors may influence the response to early intervention.

CHALLENGES FOR APPLYING THE SAFE SURGERY CHECKLIST: INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Objective: To analyze the challenges and benefits experienced by surgery teams when applying the safe surgery checklist. Method: This is an integrative review, in which the searches were carried out between September and November 2023. Results: 18 studies were selected to compose the review. The lack of time, lack of supervision and lack of training were considered impediments to the use of the tool in assistance. Applying the checklist makes it possible to improve patient safety. Assessing the risk of allergies, estimating blood loss and reserve blood components make it possible to reduce morbidity and mortality, contribute to humanized care, increase patient satisfaction, and improve teamwork. Conclusion: The application of the surgery checklist improved the interaction and communication of the multidisciplinary team. The main factor is the lack of time and the rush with which this team works in the surgical center.

Experiências psicoemocionais de vítimas de violência obstétrica: revisão de escopo

Objetivos: Mapear os conceitos-chave relacionados às experiências psicoemocionais de vítimas de violência obstétrica no período intraparto. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo, segundo preceitos do Instituto Joanna Briggs. A busca foi realizada nas bases LILACS, MEDLINE, WOS, CINAHL, PsycArticles, Embase, SciVerse Scopus, Catálogo de teses e dissertações da Capes e ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global. Resultados: Foram encontrados 498 documentos, restando apenas 26 artigos para compor a revisão. A busca evidenciou que as vítimas de violência obstétrica guardam experiências traumáticas. Considerações finais: Este estudo mapeou os conceitos-chave relacionados às experiências psicoemocionais de vítimas de violência obstétrica, destacando o medo e o trauma como principais consequências, que podem levar a distúrbios como depressão pós-parto e transtorno de estresse pós-traumático. Além disso, enfatizou a importância de mais pesquisas sobre o tema e a necessidade de intervenções educativas e melhorias nas práticas de atendimento, especialmente na enfermagem obstétrica, para prevenir e combater a violência obstétrica.

Significados, experiências e interações sociais de mães acerca do exame de triagem neonatal biológica

Objetivo: Conhecer os significados, experiências e interações sociais de mães acerca do exame de triagem neonatal biológica. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo com suporte teórico-conceitual a partir do interacionismo simbólico conduzido com 10 puérperas. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista com um roteiro semiestruturado, os quais foram analisados segundo a análise de conteúdo na modalidade análise temática. Resultados: As puérperas tinham conhecimentos limitados sobre o exame de triagem neonatal biológica, identificando-se falhas no processo de educação em saúde destinadas a essas puérperas. Considerações finais: Os significados atribuídos pelas puérperas foram elementares, as experiências revelaram que houve falhas no processo educativo durante o pré-natal, assistência hospitalar ou puerperal; mas, mesmo assim, grande parte delas procuraram o serviço no período correto, demonstrando que em algum momento uma eventual interação foi realizada e a puérpera foi sensibilizada. Contudo, um número importante de compareceu com atraso à unidade.

Seguimento do neonato de risco na perspectiva de profissionais, gestores e mães

Objective: To analyze the follow-up of newborns at risk from the perspective of professionals, managers and mothers. Method: Descriptive study with a qualitative approach, developed in a teaching hospital, through semi-structured interviews with a manager, four health professionals and nine mothers of at-risk newborns. The results were subjected to analysis of content. Results: The data were organized into two categories: “The (dis)continuity of care for newborns at risk” and “Satisfaction with care”. Final considerations: The follow-up of newborns at risk in the analyzed outpatient clinic requires the organization and implementation of flows to organize care and meet demand, in addition to coordination between services of the health care network.

CONSTRUCTION AND VALIDATION OF A CARE-EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY TO WORK WITH MIDDLE-AGED WOMEN

Objective: To describe the process of construction and validation of a Care-Educational Technology to work with middle-aged women. Methods: This is a methodological study carried out in three stages: literature review and data analysis from research in scientific initiation, production of a Care-Educational Technology and content validation of the technology developed. Results: The booklet was created in the Canva application and its final version was 35 pages long. As for validation, six expert judges participated. The booklet was validated with a maximum Content Validity Index of 1.0, demonstrating that it is suitable for working with middle-aged women. Conclusion: With this research it was possible to build and validate a booklet, which is a tool that can be used by health professionals and women themselves in their self-care process.

Identidade quilombola e gravidez precoce: breves reflexões

Objetivo: Refletir acerca da gravidez precoce em adolescentes quilombolas. Método: Estudo teórico-reflexivo, baseado nas experiências dos autores e ancorado na literatura sobre gravidez precoce em mulheres quilombolas e nos pressupostos da Teoria da Intervenção Práxica em Enfermagem em Saúde Coletiva. Resultados: Identificaram-se cinco estudos sobre repercussões, saberes e impactos, que revelaram os seguintes pontos principais: conhecimentos e repercussões da gravidez precoce no cotidiano; déficit de conhecimentos; mudanças de rotinas depois da gravidez; significados atribuídos e construídos no contexto sociocultural; e acesso deficitário a serviços de saúde, os quais derivaram duas categorias temáticas, referentes a conhecimentos sobre prevenção e a fatores socioculturais. Considerações finais: A gravidez na adolescência está relacionada à questões social e econômica e ao acesso a serviços de saúde, cujas ações de intervenção, em conjunto com os sujeitos envolvidos, apresentam potencial para transformar a realidade.

Transições masculinas diante do adoecimento por covid-19

Objetivo: Promover uma reflexão sobre as transições na masculinidade hegemônica durante o adoecimento por covid-19. Método: Trata-se de um estudo teórico-reflexivo, no qual se utilizou como aporte teórico estudos pesquisados em bases de dados como PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, PsycINFO e LILACS. Dos 254 artigos identificados, selecionaram-se 11 estudos que posteriormente foram organizados, sumarizados e analisados conforme análise temática indutiva. Resultados: Foi desenvolvido o tema central, denominado “Dimensões transicionais masculinas”. Assim, organizaram-se cinco subdivisões que ressaltam as transições diante da afetividade, sexualidade, paternidade, violência e trabalho que descrevem essas novas experiências masculinas potencializadas no adoecimento durante o período pandêmico. Considerações finais: As dimensões transitórias estão em constante desenvolvimento e as fontes na literatura ainda são incipientes para compreensão em profundidade. Contudo, a identificação das transições faz-se necessária para oferta de cuidados ampliados e construção de ações positivas para os homens e suas masculinidades no campo da saúde pública.
